Church History

Temple of Deliverance RVA was established on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 during the initial meeting of establishment. After receiving blessings from Apostle Robbie C. Peters (Kingdom Empowerment International Fellowship) and Overseer Zachary L. Taylor (Word of Life Full Gospel Ministries), twenty adults affirmed there votes as founding members of Temple of Deliverance RVA to serve under the leadership of Bishop-Designate Samuel L. Massenburg, Jr. and that Bishop Massenburg serve as Establishmentarian and Senior Pastor of Temple of Deliverance RVA. Temple of Deliverance is affiliated with two ministry organizations: Kingdom Empowerment International Fellowship of Churches under the leadership of Apostle Robbie C. Peters and Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International under the leadership of Presiding Bishop Joseph W. Walker III; Founding Bishop Paul S. Morton. Temple of Deliverance RVA held their first service at 11:00am on March 13, 2022 and 301 Decatur Street, Richmond, Virginia 23224.
